China Development Bank
The China Development Bank was established in 1994 and is a state-owned development financial institution funded by the state, directly under the leadership of the State Council, and with independent legal personality.

China Development Bank currently has 37 first tier branches and 4 second tier branches in mainland China, with 42 subsidiaries and 11 overseas branches and representative offices. There are over 20000 employees in the entire bank.
By building an "intelligent, open, shared and green" financial management system, we will promote the transformation of financial and accounting management towards "conglomeration, intelligence, and digitization", effectively improve the level and value contribution of financial refined management, further assist the high-quality development of group financial and accounting management, and achieve a replacement for the ORACLE system
The construction of the new financial management system is positioned as a group level financial sharing system platform, serving institutions such as the head office, domestic and foreign branches, overseas representative offices, business units, and subsidiaries. The platform mainly includes 15 main functional modules and 6 intelligent business function applications.
